1 INTRODUCTION

This manual should help you maintain your printer in top condition over many years and

hundreds of thousands of tickets.

The essence of this manual is that a clean printer is a reliable printer!

The regularity of the outlined maintenance is greatly affected by the ticket volume of your

application. But is a good rule to spend a few minutes taking care of your printer before or

after a big event, or when the day is over before you put out the light and go home.
