10⁄100 PS can be factory- or field-installed, as follows:

Factory Factory-installations are for new Zebra printers that are built with the

internal 10⁄100 PS option.

Field Field-installations are for Zebra printers already in the field that do not have the

10⁄100 PS device installed. The 10⁄100 PS option can be installed on existing

printers, as follows:

•

External 10⁄100 PS — attaches to the printer parallel port

•

Internal 10⁄100 PS — for the appropriate Zebra printers, this option connects

directly to the main logic board

Important • This installation must be performed by a qualified service technician.
